摘 要:“一带一路”倡议下讲好中国的武术文化故事对提升国家形象、增强软实力具有重要意义。运用文献资料、专家访谈等研究方法,分析“武术文化故事”与“一带一路”倡议的内在联系、外在挑战及叙事策略。结果表明:讲好“一带一路”倡议下的“武术文化故事”对于传达外交理念、构建民心工程以及弘扬丝路精神具有重要价值,但也面临着复杂的传播环境、分散的传播力量、传播人员的“质”“量”缺失、传播内容的“技”“理”晦涩难懂等四大挑战。而以内容为“根”,重构武术的“身体语言”体系;以沟通为“茎”,构建“官民互补”的对外传播合力;以人才为“叶”,培育武术文化认同:这些是迎接挑战、实现价值的重要策略。Under“the Belt and Road”Initiative,telling the Chinese story of wushu culture is of great significance to enhance the national image and soft power.This paper analyzes the internal links,external challenges and communication paths between“wushu culture story”and the“Belt and Road”Initiative by using research methods of literature and expert interviews.According to the research,the“wushu culture story”featured in the“Belt and Road”is of great value to convey the diplomatic concept,build the project among the people and carry forward the Silk Road spirit.However,the practice is also faced with four major challenges:the complex communication environment,the dispersed communication power,the lack of“quality”and“quantity”of the communication personnel,and the obscure“technology”and“principle”of the communication content.The research puts forward:taking the content as the“root”,the international interpretation of the plural value of wushu“body language”;take management as the“stem”,break the communication barrier of“official”and“people”communication power,and build the joint force of external communication;taking talents as“leaf”,cultivating wushu cultural identity and other transmission paths.
