美国职业棒球高水平后备人才培养体系探析

摘　　要：经过长期的发展演变,美国职业棒球形成了职业化的高水平后备人才培养体系。该体系是一个以MLB为主导、以层层衔接的职棒小联盟球队为培养机构、以MLB球员为培养目标、以优秀的大中学选手为培养对象,多种体制机制和法规制度健全的完整体系。该体系为美国职棒取得良好的社会效益和经济效益做出了贡献,其成功经验也带动了美国其他多个职业项目高水平后备人才培养体系的职业化改革。Through longterm development and evolution,the professional highlevel reserve players training system had been formed in US professional baseball.The system is an integrated system with MLB as the leader,the minor league professional teams as the training institutions,the MLB players as the training goal,the excellent highschool and university players as the training object,and,with various and sound systems,mechanisms,laws and regulations.The system contributes to the good social and economic benefits of US professional baseball has gained,its successful experience has also promoted professional reform of highlevel reserve players training systems in many other US professional sports.
