摘 要:传统辐射空调系统末端通常为大面积辐射板,主要是由于辐射板表面温度需要控制在露点温度以上,这极大地限制了其供冷能力,导致需要增大换热面积来增大供冷量。就此提出一种新型带状换热器,该换热器具有小面积大供冷量的新特点,从而达到缩小换热面积节省空间的目的。就该换热器的性能特性和室内热环境进行研究,实验表明换热器表面温度分布均匀,其单位面积换热量随供水温度降低而增大,而供水流量对换热量影响较小。换热器单位面积换热量约200~450 W/m^(2),远大于传统换热器换热量,能够有效减小换热面积。换热器安装在壁面上部明显比安装在下部室内垂直温差小,室内热舒适性更好,且室内环境PMV-PDD指标满足ISO7730标准要求。The end of the traditional radiation air conditioning system is usually a large area radiation panel,mainly because the surface temperature of the radiation panel needs to be controlled above the dew point temperature,which greatly limits its cooling capacity,leading to the need to increase the heat exchange area to increase the cooling capacity.A new type of strip heat exchanger is proposed,which has the new characteristics of small area and large cooling capacity,so as to reduce the heat exchange area and save space.The performance characteristics and indoor thermal environment of the heat exchanger are studied.The experiment shows that the surface temperature distribution of the heat exchanger is uniform,and the heat transfer per unit area increases with the decrease of water supply temperature,while the water supply flow has little effect on the heat transfer.The heat transfer per unit area of the heat exchanger is about 200~450 W/m^(2),much larger than the traditional heat exchanger,which can effectively reduce the heat transfer area.The heat exchanger installed on the wall part is obviously smaller than the lower part of the indoor vertical temperature difference,indoor thermal comfort is better,and the indoor environment PMV-PDD index meets the requirements of ISO7730 standard.
