摘  要:采用半自磨和高压辊磨两种工艺处理鞍山式低品位铁矿石,进行产品特性分析与弱选-强磁工艺预选试验。预选试验的条件为:筒式磁选机筒表磁感应强度200 mT,强磁选磁场强度1000 mT、立环转速3.0 r/min、脉动频率200~300次/min、脉动冲程10 mm,对比分析了半自磨与高压辊磨两种破碎产物湿式预选试验结果及预选粗精矿的粒度、品位、产率以及金属分布率。预选试验结果表明,预选原矿TFe品位24.99%,经高压辊磨和半自磨粉碎后,预选粗精矿的TFe品位均在30.5%左右,但是高压辊磨产品较半自磨产品,预选精矿产率高1.08个百分点,回收率高1.24个百分点。筛分累积曲线表明,高压辊磨产品较半自磨产品预选粗精矿粒度粗,高压辊磨产品中大部分铁都集中在粗粒级中,即在较粗的粒度条件下高压辊磨产品可以获得较好的解离效果。可磨度试验结果表明,高压辊磨产品比半自磨破碎产品更易磨。Anshan type low-grade iron ore was treated by semi-autogenous grinding and high-pressure grinding roller(HPGR), and the product characteristics analysis and preconcentration tests combining weak separation and strong magnetic process were carried out. The conditions of the preconcentration test were as follows: the surface magnetic induction intensity of the drum magnetic separator was 200 mT, the magnetic field intensity of strong magnetic separation was 1000 mT, the rotating speed of the vertical ring was 3.0 r/min, the pulsation frequency was 200~300 times/min, and the pulsation stroke was 10 mm. The wet preconcentration test results of the crushing products of semi-autogenous grinding and HPGR were compared and analyzed, as well as the particle size, grade, yield and metal distribution rate of the coarse concentrate. The preconcentration test results are concluded as follows. The TFe grade of the raw ore is 24.99%, after grinding by HPGR and semi-autogenous grinding, the TFe grade of the preconcentration coarse products is about 30.5%. However, compared with the semi-autogenous grinding products, the concentration yield of HPGR products is 1.08 percentage points higher, and the recovery rate is 1.24 percentage points higher. The screening accumulation curve shows that the coarse concentrate of HPGR products has a coarser particle size than semi-autogenous grinding products. Most of the iron in HPGR products is concentrated in the coarse grain size, namely, the HPGR products can obtain a better disintegration effect under the condition of coarser grain size. The grindability test results show that HPGR products are easier to grind than semi-autogenous grinding products.
