摘　　要：目的:探讨父母正念对幼儿行为问题的影响以及家庭亲密度和适应性、亲子时间在其中的作用。方法:采用正念注意觉知量表、家庭亲密度和适应性问卷、Conners儿童行为问卷以及亲子时间题项,对406名幼儿父母施测。结果:①父母正念与家庭亲密度和适应性呈显著正相关,与幼儿行为问题呈显著负相关;家庭亲密度和适应性与幼儿行为问题呈显著负相关;②家庭亲密度和适应性在父母正念对幼儿行为问题的影响中起部分中介作用,亲子时间在父母正念与幼儿行为问题的关系中起调节作用。结论:父母正念能够通过家庭亲密度和适应性降低幼儿出现行为问题的可能性,随着亲子时间的增加父母正念对幼儿行为问题的预防作用更大。Objective: To explore the influence of parents’ mindfulness on children’s behavior problems and the role of family adaptability and cohesion, and parent-child time. Methods: Totally 406 parents of children were recruited to fill out the Mindful Attention Awareness Scale, Cooperative Parenting Scale, Family Adaptability and Cohesion Questionnaire, Conners Child Behavior Questionnaire and parent-child time items. Results:①Parents’ mindfulness was significantly positively correlated with family adaptability and cohesion, and significantly negatively correlated with children’s behavioral problems;family adaptability and cohesion were significantly negatively correlated with children’s behavioral problems;②Family adaptability and cohesion played a partially mediating role in the link between parents mindfulness on children’s behavior problems,and parent-child time had a moderating effect in the relationship between parent’s mindfulness and children’s behavior problems. Conclusion: Parental mindfulness affects children’s behavior problems through family adaptability and cohesion, and parent-child time can moderate the relationship between parents’ mindfulness and children’s behavior problems.
