摘　　要：目的:了解大陆高校心理中心咨询案例记录管理的伦理现状。方法:自编调查问卷调查高校心理中心咨询记录管理现状,回收255名供职于大陆高校的心理咨询师的问卷。结果:大陆高校心理中心的咨询案例记录管理现状整体差异较大;心理中心是否要求签署保密协议、案例记录管理的现状和咨询师对相关问题的认知有着显著相关。结论:大陆高校心理中心存在伦理意识的差异,咨询案例记录管理实践中存在伦理冲突;高校心理咨询师普遍认为需要对咨询案例记录的管理进行规范化。Objective: To investigate the ethical status of counseling case record management in psychological centers of colleges and universities in Chinese mainland. Methods: 255 psychological counselors working in colleges and universities in Chinese mainland completed the self-developing questionnaire:“Questionnaire on Counseling Records of Psychological Centers in Colleges and Universities”. Results: The status of counseling case records management in psychological centers in colleges and universities in Chinese mainland was quite diverse. Requirements of signing confidentiality agreements of psychological centers had a significant correlation between the status of the management on counseling case records and the psychological counselors’ cognition of related issues. Conclusion: Differences of ethical consciousness exist among psychological centers in colleges universities;ethical conflicts happen in practice of consulting case records management. College counselors generally believe that it is necessary to standardize the management of counseling case records.
