摘　　要：加强党对高校的全面领导,离不开高校工会的重要作用,尤其在帮助青年教师成长成才方面,高校工会能够发挥积极能动作用。当前,高校工会在促进青年教师专业发展方面还存在一些短板和瓶颈,高校青年教师在自身成长发展过程中也会遇到不少的迷茫与困境。因此,高校工会可以在提供物质保障、维护发展权益、加强心理援助、营造环境氛围、搭建交流展示平台等方面助力高校青年教师成长成才。Strengthening the overall leadership of the Party over colleges and universities cannot be separated from the important role of trade unions.The trade unions in colleges and universities plays an active role especially in helping young teachers to grow up and develop.At present,there are still some shortcomings and bottlenecks in promoting the professional development of young teachers.And they would also encounter many confusions and difficulties in their own growth and development.Therefore,trade unions of colleges and universities could assist them by providing material protection,safeguarding development rights and interests,strengthening psychological assistance,creating environmental atmosphere,and building communication and display platforms.
