摘　　要：本文通过对水性环氧底漆、水性聚氨酯中涂漆、面漆、清漆的制备,研究了轨道交通客车车辆用水性涂料性能。按照Q/CR 581—2017标准要求对水性涂料进行性能测试,结果表明水性涂料在轨道交通行业的应用日渐成熟,能够满足客车车辆运行过程中所需的涂料防护、装饰性能,是轨道交通客车车辆配套涂装应用中的高环保性、高防护性新方案。Viewed from the preparation of waterborne epoxy primer,waterborne polyurethane intercoat,topcoat and varnish,the properties of waterborne coatings for rail transit passenger vehicles are studied in this paper.The performance of waterborne coatings is tested according to the requirements of Q/Cr 581-2017 standard.It is concluded that the application of waterborne coatings in rail transit industry is becoming more and more mature,which can meet the coating protection and decoration performance of passenger vehicles.It is a new solution with high environmental protection and high protection in the supporting coating application of rail transit passenger vehicles.
