摘 要:针对无机涂料贮存稳定性差的缺陷,本文主要研究了不同工艺条件下制备的乳液对无机涂料的热贮稳定性及其他重要性能的影响。本文以种子半连续乳液聚合为基础,采用热引发的聚合工艺,将多种功能单体如1,4-丁二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(BGDMA)及可聚合硅烷偶联剂174加入乳液中,合成一系列不同组分的苯丙乳液,并通过粒径、玻璃化转变等表征乳液的结构,测试了无机涂料的热贮稳定性以及耐擦洗等性能。结果表明,合成的苯丙乳液可以很好地提高无机涂料的热贮稳定性在内的综合性能。Regarding to the instability of inorganic coatings,the effects of emulsions prepared by different preparation conditions on the heat storage stability and other properties of inorganic coatings were investigated.A series of emulsions were synthesized by seed semi-continuous emulsion polymerization and thermo initiation process wherein several functional monomers(e.g.,BGDMA)and silane coupling agent were added into the emulsion.The structures of emulsions were characterized by particle size and glass transition temperature.Their application properties were also investigated,including heat storage stability and scrub resistance.The results showed that the synthetic styrene-acrylic emulsion could improve the comprehensive performance including thermal storage stability of the inorganic coatings.
