摘  要:迈克尔加成反应作为新型固化技术之一,在工业涂料领域有潜在应用价值。迈克尔加成涂料通常具有良好的低温固化性能,但耐热性较差。本文制备了一种丙二酸功能化的聚酯树脂,与新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯(NPGDA)搭配制备了一系列迈克尔加成涂料和涂膜。通过差示扫描量热、热重测试、冲击测试研究了固化配比对涂料和涂膜性能的影响。结果表明,制备的涂膜玻璃化转变温度在46.3℃以上,提升明显。随着NPGDA用量的增加,涂料的固化时间缩短,涂膜的玻璃化转变温度下降,冲击性能上升,涂膜溶胀度先下降后上升。As a new crosslinking technology,Michael addition reaction was used increasingly in the fields of coating and adhesive industry.The coatings based on Michael addition reaction generally have good low temperature curing properties but poor heat resistance.In this paper,the malonate-functional polyester was prepared,and combined with neopentyl glycol diacrylate(NPGDA)to produce coatings and films thereof via Michael addition reaction.The effects of component ratio on the properties of coatings and films were studied by DSC,TGA and impact test.It was found that the glass transition temperatures of films were increased significantly more than 46.3℃.With the increase of the amount of NPGDA,the curing time of the coatings become shortened and the glass transition temperature of the films decreased,meanwhile,the mechanical properties increased,and the swelling degree first decreased and then increased.
