摘 要:以传统的种子乳液聚合法,采用进口乳化剂、特种官能单体合成乳液。经过精心的结构设计,将多种功能单体如丙烯腈AN、丁二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(BGDMA)及可聚合硅烷偶联剂在乳液中做渐变分布,合成底漆乳液。同时在乳液聚合阶段采用热引发的聚合工艺,赋予乳液较好成膜性的同时,进一步提高乳液的附着力和抗碱抗盐析的性能。通过粒径、接触角等表征了乳液的结构,测试了乳液耐撕裂及抗碱等性能,结果表明,合成的底漆乳液具有出众的基材附着力及抗碱等性能。Based on the traditional seeded emulsion polymerization,the primer latex was synthesized,wherein surfactants and special functional monomers(e.g.,AN and BGDMA)were added.In addition,thermal initiation processes were introduced to obviously improve the film-forming performance,adhesion and alkali resistant of latex.The latex structures were characterized by particle size and contact angle.The results showed that the latex with special functional monomer and structures exhibited good adhesion and alkali resistance.
