摘 要:超高强度钢具有优良的综合力学性能,是重要的承力结构材料,对其表面进行防护处理可有效提高材料的耐腐蚀、磨损等性能,增加相应零部件的服役寿命,本文综述了适用于该类材料的主要表面防护工艺(包括电镀铬、电镀镉、高速火焰喷涂与冷喷涂)的相关研究进展,论述了不同防护处理工艺下涂(镀)层试样的耐磨、耐腐蚀、氢脆、疲劳性能、界面结合性能等,并简要阐述了超高强度钢表面防护处理工艺的未来发展方向。As vital load-bearing structural materials,ultra-strong steels possess an excellent comprehensive mechanical properties.The conduction of surface protection processes are believed to effectively enhance the service properties including corrosion resistance and wear resistance.As a result,the service duration of components is extended.In this article,the progress of primary surface protection processes available for ultra-strong steels,including chromium plating,cadmium plating,high-velocity oxygen fuel and cold spraying were reviewed.The properties of the coating,such as wear and corrosion resistance,hydrogen embrittlement,fatigue resistance,surface bonding properties were introduced.Meanwhile,the future development of the surface protection processes of ultra-strong steels was described.
