摘  要:为了实现蔬果在大棚内的优质生长,需要针对智慧大棚内环境温度、湿度、水分、养分、光照、通风、气体含量以及紫外线等直接关系到蔬果的生长、发育以及能量交换的重要生长参数进行实时监控。利用三菱PLC、MCGS触摸屏组态技术与传感器物联网组成一个监控系统对小型智慧大棚中的蔬果的生长环境进行监控,能够实现自动调节小型温室大棚内的能源调配供给。介绍了该系统总体方案设计,阐述了硬件系统设计、软件系统设计以及实物系统的运行调试情况。The important growth parameters such as environmental temperature,humidity,moisture,nutrient,light,ventilation,gas content and ultraviolet ray need to be monitored in real time which are closed related to the growth,development and energy exchange of fruit and vegetable in order to realize the high-quality growth of fruits and vegetables in greenhouses.It will build a monitoring system used to monitor the growth environment of fruit and vegetable in the small smart Greenhouse by using the Mitsubishi PLC,MCGS touch screen configuration technology and the sensor Internet of Things for the self-regulation of the energy allocation supply in small smart greenhouses.It mainly accomplished the overall scheme design of the system,introduced the design of hardware system,the design of software system and the operation and commissioning of the physical system.
