摘　　要：目的评估四川省职业卫生技术服务机构检测能力,进一步提高职业卫生技术服务水平。方法选取62家完成了2020年度四川省职业卫生技术服务机构现场检测能力评比和实验室比对考核的机构,收集汇总其考核结果。采用秩和检验和χ^(2)检验进行统计分析,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果2020年四川省乙级职业卫生技术服务机构综合评定优秀率(30.0%)(P=0.083)和现场检测评比优秀率(36.7%)(P=0.084)高于甲级、丙级机构,甲级机构实验室比对优秀率(85.7%)高于乙级、丙级机构(P=0.301);民营或其他机构综合评定(P=0.011)、实验室比对(P=0.019)优于卫生系统机构,现场检测评比结果比较无差异(P=0.053);物理因素现场操作规范率为3.2%,低于化学因素(30.6%)(χ^(2)=16.568,P<0.001)。结论四川省职业卫生技术服务机构检测能力总体不足。主管部门应建立健全监管机制,强化专业技术人员的培训与考核,切实提高机构的检测能力。Objective To assess the testing ability of Sichuan occupational health technical service institutions,and to further improve the level of occupational health technical service.Methods Sixtytwo Sichuan occupational health technical service institutions that had completed the on-site testing ability assessment and laboratory comparison assessment in 2020 were selected to collect and summarize their assessment results.The rank-sum test and the Chi-square test were used for statistical analysis,differences P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results In 2020,the comprehensive evaluation excellent rate(30.0%)(P=0.083)and the excellent rate of on-site testing and evaluation(36.7%)(P=0.084)of Class B occupational health technical service institutions in Sichuan province were higher than that of Class A and Class C institutions;The laboratory comparison ratio of Class A institutions(85.7%)was higher than that of Class B and Class C institutions(P=0.301).The comprehensive evaluation(P=0.011)and the laboratory comparison(P=0.019)of private or other institutions were better than the health system institutions,and there was no difference in the on-site test and evaluation results(P=0.053);The specification rate of physical factors was only 3.2%,it was lower than chemical factors(30.6%)(χ^(2)=16.568,P<0.0001).Conclusions The testing capacity of professional health technical service institutions in Sichuan province is generally insufficient.The Competent departments should establish and improve the supervision mechanism and strengthen the training and assessment of professional and technical personnel,and the service ability of the institutions should be improved effectively.
