摘　　要：沿海及其他地区高耸设备在受到级别较大风力突然侵袭时,因防风措施不及时或不可靠,易造成倾翻倒塌事故。设计了一种自动启闭的防风抗台装置,可实现快速响应,可靠地降低设备倾覆力,并依靠风力提供部分稳定力矩,有效提高设备受到暴风侵袭时的安全性。When high-rise equipment along the coast and in other areas is suddenly attacked by high-level wind,it is easy to collapse due to untimely or unreliable wind protection measures.A kind of automatic opening and closing wind protection and typhoon-proof device is designed,which can realize fast response,reliably reduce the overturning force of the equipment,and provide part of the stability torque by the wind,effectively improve the safety of the equipment when it is attacked by the storm.
