摘　　要：以秘鲁钱凯专业化散粮卸船码头为例,介绍其装卸工艺流程,针对散粮装卸工艺系统专业性特点,在满足节能环保、安全可靠、经济合理等要求的前提下,对码头气垫皮带机、单托辊皮带机系统、垂直提升系统、筒仓及平房仓仓储系统进行优化设计,形成适合本工程实际特点的散粮工艺系统方案。Taking the professional bulk grain unloading terminal in the Chancay Port as an example,its loading and unloading process is introduced.According to the professional characteristics of the bulk grain loading and unloading process system,and on the premise of meeting the requirements of energy conservation,environmental protection,safety and reliability,economy and rationality,the design ofair cushion belt conveyor,single roller belt conveyor system,vertical lifting system,silo and bungalow warehouse storage system is optimized to form a bulk grain process system scheme suitable for the actual characteristics of the project.
