摘　　要：沿边地区是湖北省对外交流的门户和窗口,在全省高质量发展和区域一体化中占据重要地位。沿边地区中,除少数地区发展较快之外,大部分县(市、区)属“老、少、边、穷”地区,不仅自身发展滞后,还制约着区域协调发展。加强沿边地区省际合作,有利于省际边界县(市、区)的建设和发展,打造良好的“窗口”形象;有助于增强沿边地区发展的合力,发挥沿边地区的比较优势,增强经济竞争能力;有利于畅通省内大循环,激活省际大市场,开创多元融合、协同共进新局面。The border areas are the gateway and window of foreign exchanges in our province,and play an important position in the high-quality development and regional integration of the province.In the border areas,in addition to a few areas,most counties(cities,districts)are"old,small,border and poor"areas,which not only its own development lags behind,but also restricts the coordinated development of regions.Strengthen inter-provincial cooperation in border areas,conducive to the construction and development of interprovincial border counties(cities,districts),create a good"window"image;help to enhance the development of border areas,play the comparative advantages of border areas,enhance economic competitiveness;conducive to smooth the provincial circulation,activate the interprovincial market,outline a new picture of multiple integration and coordination.
