摘　　要：新时期,水库大坝的全生命周期要始终贯彻落实“绿水青山就是金山银山”和“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”的理念,实现水库大坝建设与江河生态环境和谐共生。本文从花凉亭水库生态环境的重要性出发,考虑水库大坝对河流河道、水环境、土壤环境和植被等产生的影响,提出了相应的生态保护、修复及智慧监测措施,可为水库生态环境安全提供参考。In the new era,the whole life cycle of reservoir dams should always implement the concepts of"green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains"and"innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing",adhere to the policy of giving priority to ecological and environmental protection,developing in protection and protecting in development,and finally realize the harmonious coexistence between reservoir dam construction and river ecological environment.In view of this,taking Hualiangting reservoir as an example,this paper briefly analyzes the corresponding ecological and environmental protection compensation measures for the ecological and environmental problems faced by the reservoir.
