摘　　要：在乡村振兴战略背景下,农村人居环境建设是实现乡村振兴、提升农民幸福感的重要举措。从厕所卫生、生活污水和生活垃圾处理等方面,对湖北省各地农村人居环境建设现状进行调查,指出当前湖北省农村人居环境建设中存在着重视不足、管理机制不健全、缺乏长效运行机制、技术支撑不够以及农民参与意识淡薄等一系列问题。基于此,提出了完善湖北省加强农村人居环境建设的政策建议。Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,the construction of rural living environment is an important measure to realize rural revitalization and improve farmers'happiness.This paper investigates the current situation of rural living environment construction in Hubei Province from the aspects of toilet sanitation,domestic sewage and domestic garbage disposal,etc.,and points out that there are insufficient attention,inadequate management mechanism,and lack of long-term development in the current rural living environment construction in Hubei Province.There are a series of problems such as efficient operation mechanism,insufficient technical support and weak awareness of farmers'participation.And put forward the policy suggestions to improve the construction of rural living environment in Hubei Province.
