Cu-OMS-2中氧化铜掺杂位置对催化氧化邻二甲苯性能的影响

摘  要:以高锰酸钾、丙醛和斐林试剂为原料,采用同步氧化还原法制备了不同比例的铜掺杂的隐钾锰矿八面体分子筛(0.01Cu-OMS-2,0.025Cu-OMS-2,0.05Cu-OMS-2)催化剂,并用于完全催化氧化邻二甲苯.结果表明,0.025Cu-OMS-2催化活性高;其T_(100),T_(50),T_(20)分别为180,158,146℃,较OMS-2分别降低了20,13,12℃,各种测试表明,在0.025Cu-OMS-2催化剂中,氧化铜掺杂到OMS-2的晶格中,氧空位含量较OMS-2增多,晶格氧流动性增强,分子氧转化为活性氧的能力增强,使0.025Cu-OMS-2具有高的催化活性.此外,0.025Cu-OMS-2还具有良好的稳定性.Cu doped manganese oxide octahedral molecular sieves were prepared via one-step reduction of KMnO_(4),Fehling reagent and propionaldehyde(0.01Cu-OMS-2,0.025Cu-OMS-2 and 0.05Cu-OMS-2).The catalysts were used to fully catalyze oxidation of o-xylene.Among them,0.025Cu-OMS-2.exhibited the highest catalytic activity.The T_(100),T_(50),T_(20)values were 180,158,146℃,which were lower than OMS-2 by 20,13,12℃respectively.Various tests showed that in 0.025Cu-OMS-2 catalyst,copper oxide was doped into the crystal lattice of OMS-2,and its oxygen vacancy content was higher than that of OMS-2.The fluidi-ty of lattice oxygen was enhanced,and the ability of molecular oxygen to be converted into reactive oxygen species was also enhanced.So that 0.025Cu-OMS-2 had high catalytic activity.In addition,0.025Cu-OMS-2 also had good stability.
