摘 要:以井冈山保护区狮子岩栽培的9 a生厚朴树为实验材料,对其枝条及不同高度树干皮中厚朴酚、和厚朴酚的含量进行了测定.结果表明:不同高度厚朴皮中厚朴酚、和厚朴酚2种药用成分的总含量在树干高度0.5 m(离地面)处为最大值(46.6 mg/g),平均值为34.8 mg/g,其中厚朴酚含量最高为28.0 mg/g,平均含量为23.0 mg/g,和厚朴酚含量为18.6 mg/g,平均含量为11.7 mg/g;所有高度树干皮中2种药用成分含量均高于枝条皮;不同高度树干皮中2种药用成分含量差异明显,但整体呈现随高度升高而递减的趋势;高度1.5 m是一个明显的“拐点”,即超过此高度,2种药用成分具有增、减波动现象;枝条皮中厚朴酚、和厚朴酚含量与10.5 m以上树干皮中2种药用成分的含量接近.不同高度厚朴树干皮中2种药用成分含量的变化规律为厚朴皮的等级划分及医药实际应用提供科学依据.The contents of magnolol and honokiol in bark of branches and trunks of Houpoea officinalis at dif-ferent heights were reported.The 9-year-old magnolia trees cultivated in Shiziyan of Jinggangshan nature reserve were used to determine the contents of magnolol and honokiol in the bark of branches and trunks at different heights.'The results showed that the total content of the two medicinal components magnolol and honokiol in bark of different heights reached a maximum value of 46.6 mg/g at the height of 0.5 m(off the ground)of trunk,and the average was 34.8 mg/g.Magnolol content was the highest at 28.0 mg/g with an average of 23.0 mg/g,whereas the content of honokiol at this height was only 18.6 mg/g,with an average of 11.7 mg/g.The content of these two medicinal ingredients in the bark of all trunks was higher than the bark of branches.The content of the medicinal ingredients in the bark of different trunk heights was significantly different,which showed a decreasing trend with the increase of height.The height of 1.5 m is an obvious"inflection point",i.e.the two medicinal ingredients have the phenomenon of increasing and decreasing fluctuations above this height.The contents of magnolol and honokiol in the bark of branches were close to those in the bark of trunks above the height of 10.5 m,which also have certain medicinal value.The variation law of the content of the two medicinal components in magnolia bark at different heights provides scientific basis for the collection of magnolia bark and the practical application of medicine.
