北京地铁DKZ4型车关键系统使用寿命及运用可靠性研究

摘　　要：通过对北京地铁1号线开展DKZ4型车关键系统使用寿命及可靠性评估研究,得出了该型车车体、转向架构架的使用寿命,车门系统、牵引辅助供电系统和制动系统的故障率、MTBF和可靠寿命等可靠性指标以及相应部件危害度,并提出了日常维护和延长车辆使用寿命时对相关系统的检修建议。Through the study on the service life and reliability evaluation of the key system of DKZ4 vehicle on Beijing Metro Line 1,the service life of the carbody and bogie frame,the reliability indexes such as the failure rate,MTBF,the reliable life and the hazard degree of the corresponding components of the door system,the traction auxiliary power supply system and the braking system are obtained,and the maintenance suggestions for the related systems in daily maintenance and extension of service life of vehicle are put forward.
