摘 要:针对轨道交通地铁辅助电源高效率和高频化发展要求,研究了一种地铁车辆高频辅助电源直流-直流变换器单元用输入串联的升压斩波电路,该电路由两组普通的升压变换器输入串联组成,控制发波采用交错控制,使此电路开关器件具有低电压和电流应力。首先分析了输入串联的升压变换器在不同占空比下的工作原理及关键工作模态,并推导了关键器件升压电感的理论计算方法;然后分析了变换器升压电感电流纹波脉动特性和由输入串联和输出并联结构所带来的自然均压特性;最后搭建Simulink仿真模型,并在135 kW试验样机上进行试验,通过满载稳态、负载动态试验和输入电压动态试验验证了计算和理论分析的正确性。Aiming at the requirements of high efficiency and high frequency development of metro auxiliary power supply for rail transit,this paper develops a boost chop-wave circuit with input series for DC-DC converter unit of metro vehicle high frequency auxiliary power supply.The circuit is composed of two groups of ordinary boost converter input series,and the control wave is interleaved control,so that the circuit switch device has low voltage and current stress.Firstly,the working principle and key working modals of the boost converter with input series under different duty ratio are analyzed,and the theoretical calculation method of the boost inductance of the key device is deduced.Then,the ripple pulsation characteristics of the converter boost inductance current and the natural voltage sharing characteristics caused by the input series and output parallel structures are analyzed.Finally,the Simulink simulation model is built,and the test is carriod out on 135 kW test prototype,the correctness of the calculation and theoretical analysis are verified by full load steady test state,load dynamic test and input voltage dynamic test.
