摘  要:随着货物列车载重逐步提高,轮轨相互作用加剧,踏面擦伤问题日渐突出。为了及时监测和诊断车轮踏面擦伤,文章运用仿真分析手段,采用变轮径法建立了某型货车动力学模型,并采用Hilbert包络分析法对轴箱垂向加速度信号进行了分析。结果表明,Hilbert包络分析法能够有效地提取铁路货车踏面擦伤的特征频率,可以有效诊断出长度为15 mm及以上的踏面擦伤。With the increase of the axle loading of freight train,the interaction between wheel and rail becomes severe,and the wheel tread flat is becoming an increasingly prominent problem.In order to timely monitor and diagnose the wheel tread flat,this paper uses the simulation analysis method to establish a dynamic model of a certain type of freight wagon by using the wheel diameter variation method,and uses the Hilbert envelope analysis method to analyze the vertical acceleration signal of the axle box.The results show that Hilbert envelope analysis method can effectively extract the characteristic frequency of wheel tread flat for railway freight wagons.The wheel tread flat with length of 15 mm and above can be effectively diagnosed.
