摘  要:针对铁道客车出现的车体局部振动现象及振源识别难的问题,文章利用振动传递路径的仿真分析方法建立了某铁道客车的整车刚柔耦合计算模型,以某典型运行工况为例,计算并输出了转向架与车体间所有连接点的激励载荷和转向架激励点到车体响应点的传递函数,研究了各个激励路径对车体响应点振动响应的贡献量大小。研究结果表明,该方法能够较好地识别主要振动传递路径,可为铁道客车振动问题的快速解决提供目标参考。In view of the local vibration phenomenon of the passenger carbody and the difficulty in identifying the vibration source,this paper uses the simulation analysis method of vibration transfer path to establish the rigid-flexible coupling calculation model of a railway passenger car.Taking a typical operating condition as an example,the excited load of all the connection points between the bogie and the carbody are calculated and output,as well as the transfer functions from the excitation point of the bogie to the response points of the carbody.The contribution of each excitation path to the vibration response of the carbody response points is studied.The research results show that this method can better identify the main vibration transfer paths,which can provide the target reference for the rapid solution of the vibration problem of railway passenger cars.
