关于加强铁路客车加装改造管理的几点思考

摘　　要：近年来,涉及提高铁路客车安全性、舒适性的加装改造项目较多,文章结合因加装改造项目引发的几起典型故障,对如何规范加装改造项目的技术管理、质量监控以及后续跟踪卡控措施等进行了论述,并就防范次生故障提出了相关建议。In recent years,there are many installation and reconstruction projects related to improving the safety and comfort of railway passenger cars.Based on several typical faults caused by the installation and reconstruction project,this paper discusses how to standardize the technical management,quality control and follow-up tracking control measures of the installation and reconstruction project,and puts forward relevant suggestions on preventing secondary faults.
