摘  要:由于DC 600 V供电客车充电机输出过压保护功能不完善,存在充电机电压反馈回路失效的风险。该情况会导致输出电压达到170 V以上,远远超出额定电压,使得碱性电池过压充电,导致电解液产生大量的气体且电池温度快速上升,最终由于电池内部气压快速增大,导致电池破裂并爆炸。针对上述情况,文章对充电机输出过压原因进行了分析,设计了充电机输出过压保护专用过压继电器,并提出了8 kW充电机过压保护电路的多种改进方案。试验验证表明,改进方案可有效防止充电机输出过压的风险。Due to the imperfect output overvoltage protection function of DC 600 V power supply passenger car charger,there is a risk of failure of feedback circuit.This situation will lead to the output voltage reaching more than 170 V,far exceeding the rated voltage,making the overvoltage charging of the alkaline battery,resulting in a large amount of gas in the electrolyte and a rapid rise in the battery temperature.Finally,due to the rapid increase of the internal air pressure of the battery,the battery will break and explode.In view of the above situation,this paper analyzes the reason for the output overvoltage of charger,designs a special relay for charger output overvoltage protection,and puts forward various improvement schemes for overvoltage protection circuit of 8 kW charger.The test results show that the improved scheme can effectively prevent the risk of overvoltage of charger output.
