摘　　要：介绍了国能铁路货车状态修检修模式、修程设置及零部件分类特点,以寿命零部件管理为主线系统分析了车辆零部件的全过程管理及追溯的相关问题,阐述了铁路货车状态修模式下寿命零部件管理目的及意义,提出了状态修检修模式下寿命零部件管理的措施和方法。This paper introduces the state-overhaul mode,repair setting and parts classification characteristics of freight cars of CHN Energy Railway Equipment Co.,Ltd.,and systematically analyzes the whole process management and traceability of vehicle parts based on life parts management,expounds the purpose and significance of life parts management under state-overhaul of railway freight cars,and put forward the measures and methods of life parts management under state-overhaul mode.
