摘 要:球孢白僵菌(Beauveria bassiana)是一种用来研究昆虫病原真菌和宿主相互作用机制的模式真菌,在侵染宿主的过程中主要会经历分生孢子、芽生孢子和菌丝形态的转换。三种形态之间的转换有利于球孢白僵菌适应外界和宿主内部的环境。采用RNA-Seq的方法对球孢白僵菌三种形态下的转录数据进行分析,探寻三种形态的内在联系,为以后球孢白僵菌的基因改造打下了基础。Beauveria bassiana is a model fungus used to study the interaction mechanism between entomopathogenic fungi and their hosts.In the course of infestation,there is mainly occurred the morphological transformation among conidia,blastospores and hyphae.The transformation of the three morphologies was beneficial to the adaptation of B.bassiana to the external environment and the internal environment of the host.In this study,the RNA-seq method was used to analyze the transcriptional data of the three morphologies of B.bassiana to explore the internal relationship between the three morphologies,which will lay a foundation for the genetic modification of B.bassiana in the future.
