摘 要:阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种病理机制非常复杂的进行性神经衰退性疾病,又叫老年痴呆症。目前尚无有效的诊断和治疗方法,使很多国内外中老年人深受AD的困扰。在早期,研究者们在对AD患者预防和治疗的过程中发现,β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)斑块对于临床诊断和监测AD疾病的进展至关重要。近红外荧光探针技术具有选择性良好、灵敏度较高、实时成像、成本低以及能够避免生物组织自荧光干扰等优点。小分子近红外荧光探针的设计合成是目前的热点研究领域。我们简要概述了近红外荧光(near infrared fluorescence,NIRF)分子探针用于特异性检测β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)斑块的最新研究进展及应用。Alzheimer’s disease(AD) is a progressive neurodegenerative disease with a very complex pathological mechanism, also called Alzheimer’s disease.Currently, there is no effective diagnosis and treatment method, so many middle-aged and elderly people at home and abroad are deeply troubled by AD.In the early stage, researchers discovered during the prevention and treatment of AD patients that β-amyloid(Aβ) plaques are essential for clinical diagnosis and monitoring of the progression of AD disease.Near-infrared fluorescent probe technology has the advantages of good selectivity, high sensitivity, real-time imaging, low cost, and avoidance of autofluorescence interference from biological tissues.The design and synthesis of small molecule near-infrared fluorescent probes is currently a hot research field.In this article, the latest research progress and applications of near infrared fluorescence(NIRF) molecular probes are briefly summarized for the specific detection of β-amyloid(Aβ) plaques.
