摘  要:为提升阀控式铅酸(VRLA)电池端子的破坏扭矩值,设计带肋铜芯。将带肋铜芯置于端子的铅基内,再经压铸工艺,制造出带肋铜芯端子。M8、M6型端子的破坏扭矩值分别在35.0 N·m、27.0 N·m以上。用电动螺丝刀(扭矩为0~50 N·m)安装不锈钢螺栓,待紧固后,连续保持3 s,铜芯不会跟转,说明紧固效果得到提高,证实带肋铜芯端子设计的科学性。In order to improve the failure torque of terminals for valve-regulated lead-acid(VRLA) battery, a ribbed copper core was designed.The ribbed copper core was put into the lead base of the terminal, then the ribbed copper core terminal was manufactured by die casting process.The breaking torque value of M8,M6 terminal was bigger than 35.0 N·m and 27.0 N·m, respectively.An electric screwdriver(torque was 0-50 N·m) was used to install the stainless steel bolts.After tightening and keeping it for 3 s continuously, the copper core would not follow, indicating that the tightening effect was improved, which proved the scientific of the design of ribbed copper core terminal.
