摘 要:锌银电池在深海装备中有较好的应用,但湿态锌银电池在使用寿命后期会出现内部微短路,进而发生自放电,导致容量降低。结合蛟龙号载人潜水器锌银电池实际应用情况,针对锌银电池因容量降低导致的典型故障,进行深入分析研究。分别从加强日常管理与维护、提升优化工艺流程及优化改进整体设计等3个方面,提出相关改进措施,并对锌银电池在其他深海装备上的应用进行展望。Zinc-silver battery had a good application in deep-sea equipment, while in the later life, the wet zinc-silver battery would be internal micro-short circuit, then the capacity would be reduced due to self-discharge.Combined with the practical application of zinc-silver battery in Jiaolong manned submersible, a deep analysis and research on the typical faults of the zinc-silver battery caused by capacity reduction was made.The relevant improvement measures were put forward from the aspects of strengthening daily management and maintenance, upgrading and optimizing process flow, optimizing and improving the overall design.The application of zinc-silver battery in other deep-sea equipment was prospected.
