摘  要:目的探讨中药房中药饮片管理问题与改进措施。方法选取2020年7月—2021年6月在该院中药房工作的20名工作人员为研究对象,管理人员研究期间一共管理2000份中药饮片,按照研究时间分组。其中2020年7—12月为对照组,工作人员共管理1000份中药饮片,采用中药饮片常规管理;2021年1—6月为观察组,工作人员共管理1000份中药饮片,采用中药饮片质量管理。比较两组中药饮片质量不合格率(验收工作错误、储藏不规范、养护不当)、中药房服务质量评分(饮片质量、饮片完整性、饮片调剂、用药教育以及饮片管理)。结果观察组中药饮片质量不合格率小于对照组,观察组中药房服务质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论明确中药房中药饮片的管理问题,制订并实施改进措施,可减少不合格率,提升服务质量评分。Objective To discuss the management problems and improvement measures of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in TCM pharmacies.Methods From July 2020 to June 2021,20 staff members who worked in the Chinese pharmacy of the hospital were selected as the research objects.During the research period,the managers managed a total of 2000 pieces of Chinese herbal medicines and were grouped according to the research time.Among them,from July to December 2020 was the control group,the staff managed a total of 1000 pieces of traditional Chinese medicine,and the traditional Chinese medicine pieces were routinely managed.From January to June 2021 was the observation group,the staff manages a total of 1000 pieces of Chinese herbal medicine,and adopted the quality management of Chinese herbal medicine pieces.The quality failure rate of TCM decoction pieces(error in acceptance work,non-standard storage,improper maintenance),and the service quality score of TCM pharmacy(quality of decoction pieces,integrity of decoction pieces,preparation of decoction pieces,medication education and management of decoction pieces)were compared.Results The unqualified rate of Chinese herbal decoction pieces in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the service quality scores of Chinese pharmacies in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clarifying the management problems of TCM decoction pieces in TCM pharmacies and formulating and implementing improvement measures can reduce the unqualified rate and improve the service quality score.
