摘 要:变速箱作为汽车的关键部件,故障率比较高,通过开展故障诊断来提高变速箱维修质量和效率。对传统灰色关联分析中特征参数未区分对待使故障诊断决策不协调的问题,采用粗糙集理论计算重要性量度作为分辨系数,提出了联合灰色关联和粗糙集理论的变速箱故障诊断模型,并应用于H319.5型汽车变速箱诊断中。结果表明,本文方法故障模式识别的精度更高。这对汽车变速箱故障诊断具有一定的参考价值。As a key component of automobile,the failure rate of gearbox is relatively high.The maintenance quality and efficiency of gearbox can be improved by carrying out fault diagnosis.For the problem that the characteristic parameters are not treated differently in the traditional grey correlation analysis,which makes the fault diagnosis decision inconsistent,the importance measure calculated by rough set theory is used as the resolution coefficient,and a gearbox fault diagnosis model combining grey correlation and rough set theory is proposed and applied to H319.5 automobile gearbox diagnosis.The results show that this method has higher accuracy of fault pattern recognition.This has a certain reference value for the fault diagnosis of automobile gearbox.
