摘　　要：高校大学生党员作为一支特殊的队伍,是连接高校公共卫生应急法律制度体系与继承发扬社会主义核心价值观的核心纽带,高校大学生党员在化解高校整体公共卫生安全问题和风险面前所内化于心、外践于行的榜样作用不可忽视。以新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情(以下简称新冠肺炎)和笔者所在高校为例,着重探讨突发公共卫生事件防控中高校学生党员榜样精神培育、内化的机制和实践路径。College students as special team of Party members,combine the college public health emergency system with the socialist core values.Student Party members play an important role in resolving public health problems and risks in colleges.Taking the prevention and control of COVID-19 in Shenyang Pharmaceutical University as an example,this paper focuses on the spirit and mechanism of students Party members in the prevention and control of public health emergencies.
