摘　　要：实现脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴的有效衔接,要使文化扶贫更精准地适应贫困地区经济社会发展的实际需求。通过对国内省级公共图书馆文化扶贫现状的调查及存在问题的分析,旨在为贫困地区公共图书馆实施数字文化扶贫项目提供具体、可行的基本措施,提升贫困地区基本公共文化服务保障水平。To effectively link poverty alleviation with rural vitalization,we should make cultural poverty alleviation meet the actual needs of economic and social development in poor areas.Through the investigation of the current situation of cultural poverty alleviation in domestic provincial public libraries and the existing problems,this paper aims to provide specific and feasible measures for the digital cultural poverty alleviation projects in public libraries,and improve the public cultural services in poor areas.
