摘 要:利用双层石墨坩埚,模拟高温条件下铁液穿过熔渣的过程,研究了炉渣成分不同时炉渣脱硫能力及其机理,探索低渣比条件下提高炉渣脱硫能力的途径。结果表明:随着碱度的升高,炉渣脱硫能力先升高后降低;炉渣脱硫能力随MgO含量和MnO含量的增加总体上呈上升趋势;随着Al_(2)O_(3)含量和TiO_(2)含量的增加,炉渣脱硫能力呈下降的趋势。在低渣比条件下,碱度保持在1.17,MgO的质量分数保持在12%,Al_(2)O_(3)含量保持在14.5%,升高炉渣中MnO含量,降低炉渣中TiO_(2)的含量可以增强炉渣脱硫能力。The desulfurization capacity of slag with different slag compositions and its mechanism were studied by using a double-layer graphite crucible to simulate the pr℃ess of molten iron dropping through the slag layer,and the way to improve the desulfurization capacity of slag under the condition of low slag ratio was explored.The results show that the desulfurization capacity of slag increases first and then decreases with the increase of basicity.The desulfurization capacity of slag generally increases with the increase of MgO content and MnO content.With the increase of Al_(2)O_(3)content and TiO_(2)content,the desulfurization capacity of slag decreases continuously.Under the condition of low slag ratio,the basicity is 1.17,the mass fraction of MgO is 12%,and the Al_(2)O_(3)content is 14.5%.Increasing the content of MnO in slag and decreasing the content of TiO_(2)in slag can enhance the desulfurization ability of slag.
