摘  要:喷吹气体对钢包中钢液搅拌以及夹杂物去除发挥着重要作用。通过建立100t钢包底吹氩模型,针对不同流量下喷吹氩气对钢液搅拌和夹杂物去除效果进行模拟研究。该项研究提取了钢包内钢液速度、弱搅拌区面积以及不同条件下夹杂物颗粒数量和去除率等方面的数据。结果表明,底吹流量由60 NL/min增大到180 NL/min时,去除率从24.1%增加到34.9%,底吹流量对改善钢液搅拌效果和去除夹杂物颗粒效率具有明显的促进作用,钢液搅拌更有利于带动小尺寸夹杂物的去除。The blowing gas plays an important role in the stirring of molten steel in the ladle and the removal of inclusions.The stirring effect of molten steel and the removal effect of inclusions were simulated under conditions of bottom argon blowing at different flow rates by building a model for a 100t ladle.Data such as the speed of molten steel in the ladle,the area of the weak stirring zone,the number of inclusion particles and the removal rate under different conditions were extracted.The results show that when the bottom blowing flow rate increased from 60 NL/min to 180 NL/min,the removal rate increased from 24.1%to 34.9%,the bottom blowing flow rate plays an important role in improvement of the agitation effect of molten steel and the removal efficiency of inclusion particles,and the agitation of molten steel is more conducive to the removal of small-sized inclusions.
