摘  要:电炉粉尘是工业固体废弃物之一,为了提高电炉粉尘的回收利用率,以电炉粉尘为原料,通过K_(2)CO_(3)溶液湿法浸渍和高温煅烧电炉粉尘制备固体碱催化剂,并通过催化大豆油生产生物柴油。探讨了催化剂焙烧温度对生物柴油产率的影响,通过XRD、SEM以及BET方法对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,当催化剂的焙烧温度为500℃、焙烧时间为2 h、K 2CO 3负载量为120%,且反应温度为65℃、反应时间为2 h、醇油摩尔比为15:1、催化剂用量为7 wt%时,二次循环生物柴油产率可达98.99 wt%。Electric furnace dust is one of the industrial solid wastes,in order to improve the recycling rate of electric furnace dust.Using electric furnace dust as raw material,solid base catalyst was prepared by wet impregnation of K_(2)CO_(3)solution and high temperature calcination of electric furnace dust,and it was used to catalyze soybean oil to produce biodiesel.The effect of catalyst calcination temperature on the yield of biodiesel was investigated,and the catalyst was characterized by XRD,SEM and BET methods.The results show that under the conditions of calcination temperature of 500℃,calcination time of 2 h,K_(2)CO_(3)loading of 120%,reaction temperature of 65℃,reaction time of 2 h,molar ratio of alcohol to oil 15:1,and catalyst dosage of 7 wt%,the biodiesel yield is 98.99 wt%after the second cycle.
