摘 要:为了考察臭氧氧化过程中不同因素对污水处理的影响以及反应最佳条件,利用臭氧氧化法处理某污水处理厂的连续砂滤池出水。设计正交实验与单因素实验来确定最佳反应条件,并探究不同臭氧投加量、臭氧投加比、水量和均相反应器运行与否对化学需氧量(COD)去除率的影响。结果表明:影响COD去除率的实验条件主次顺序为臭氧投加量>水量>臭氧投加比,最佳实验条件为臭氧投加量为10 mg/L、水量为4万t、臭氧投加比为3:1:1;提高臭氧投加量、开启均相反应器和臭氧投加比为3:1:1时均有利于COD的去除。依据最优运行情况测算臭氧单元新增废水处理成本为0.29元/m^(3)。In order to investigate the effect of different factors on wastewater treatment during ozone oxidation and the optimal conditions for the reaction,continuous sand filter effluent of the sewage treatment plant was treated by using ozone oxidation method.Design orthogonal and single-factor experiments to determine the optimal reaction conditions,and the influence of different ozone dosage,ozone dosage ratio,water volume and whether the homogeneous reactor is running or not was explored on the chemical oxygen demand(COD)removal rate.The results show that the primary and secondary order of the experimental conditions that affect the COD removal rate is from ozone dosage,water volume to ozone dosage ratio.The optional experimental conditions are ozone dosage 10 mg/L,water volume 40,000 tons,and ozone dosage ratio 3:1:1.By increasing the dosage of ozone,opening the homogeneous reactor and the ratio of ozone dosage of 3:1:1 are all conducive to the removal of COD.According to the optimal operating conditions,the increase of wastewater treatment cost of the ozone unit is estimated to be 0.29 yuan/m^(3).
