摘  要:设备安全管理是设备安全风险管控的重要过程及手段,为对设备安全管理进行分析与研究,以曹妃甸矿石港口为例,基于安全管理原理与原则,从港口设备安全管理的基本理论、层次分析法及模型构建等方面进行深入研究。运用AHP模糊综合评价模型方法,对指标组合权重进行确定,并依照所得权重对初选指标进行筛选,从而确立港口企业安全风险评估指标体系。结果表明,该评价结果对曹妃甸港口设备的安全管理有着重要的意义。Equipment safety management is important process and means of equipment safety risk management and control.In order to realize the analysis and research of equipment safety management,we were taken Caofeidianore port as an example,based on safety management principles,port equipment safety management were studied from the basic theory,analytic hierarchy process and model construction.And we used the AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model method,the index combination weight were determined,and the primary indicators were screened according to the obtained weight,and then the safety risk assessment index system of the port were established.The results show that the evaluation system is of great significance to Caofeidian Port equipment safety management.
