摘 要:目的 了解重庆市巴南区30~79岁城区居民超重、肥胖和中心型肥胖流行现状,为制定相关防制策略和措施提供科学依据。方法 依托西南区域自然人群队列研究项目,采取整群随机抽样方法,于2018年对巴南区纳入项目监测的2 500名30~79岁城区居民进行问卷调查和体格检查。采用SPSS 19.0统计软件对数据进行χ^(2)检验、趋势χ^(2)检验,检验水准α=0.05。结果 有效调查2 491人,问卷有效率为99.64%。巴南区30~79岁城区居民超重率、肥胖率和中心型肥胖率分别为41.75%、12.53%和27.54%;男性超重率、肥胖率和中心型肥胖率均高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);随着年龄的增长,超重率和中心型肥胖率总体呈上升趋势(P<0.001);中心型肥胖率在不同职业分布中差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=19.42,P<0.05),其中,农民最高(33.33%),家务者(33.15%)和工人(32.02%)居第二、三位;随着文化程度的提高,超重率和中心型肥胖率均呈下降趋势(P<0.001)。结论 巴南区30~79岁城区居民超重率、肥胖率和中心型肥胖率流行水平较高,其中以60岁及以上年龄段,男性,农民、家务者、工人,文化程度较低者人群检出率较高。针对以上流行特征,应采取社区综合干预方式,加强健康支持性环境建设,打造方便可及的健身场地,强化重点人群健康教育宣传,倡导合理膳食、适量运动,以降低超重肥胖水平,减少相关疾病的发病和死亡。Objective To investigate the prevalence of overweight, obesity and central obesity among urban residents aged 30 to 79 years old in Ba′nan District of Chongqing,and to provide scientific basis for the formulation of related prevention and control strategies. Methods Based on the Natural Population Cohort Research Project in Southwestern China, questionnaire survey and physical examination were conducted among 2 500 urban residents aged 30 to 79 years enrolled into the project by cluster random sampling in Ba′ nan District in 2018. SPSS19.0 statistical software was used to conduct χ^(2)test and trend χ^(2)test, and the test level α =0.05. Results A total of 2 491 people were effectively investigated, and the effective rate of the questionnaire was 99.64%. The rate of overweight, obesity and central obesity among residents aged 30 to 79 years in Ba′ nan District was 41.75%, 12.53% and 27.54%, respectively. The rates of overweight, obesity and central obesity in males were higher than those in females, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001). The rates of overweight and central obesity increased with the increase of age(P<0.001). There was significant difference in the proportion of central obesity among different occupations (χ^(2)=19.42,P<0.05),among which the farmer was the highest(33.33%),the household worker(33.15%) and worker(32.02%) were the second and third. The rates of overweight and central obesity decreased with the increase of education level(P<0.001).Conclusions The prevalence of overweight,obesity and central obesity in urban residents aged 30~79 years old in Ba′nan District was high, among which the detection rate was higher in people aged 60 years and above, males, farmers, household workers, workers and people with lower education level.
