摘  要:[目的]建立了离子色谱法测定水溶性肥料中矮壮素和甲哌鎓的分析方法。[方法]采用离子色谱法,使用阳离子色谱柱和电导检测器(CM),以甲烷磺酸水溶液作流动相,对样品中矮壮素和甲哌鎓的含量进行了测定。[结果]采用建立的方法,矮壮素和甲哌鎓以及干扰离子的分离效果良好,线性相关系数分别为0.9998和0.9999,加标回收率为98.1%~101.5%,RSD为1.1%~1.6%,检测限和定量限分别为0.5、5 mg/L。[结论]本分析方法操作简便、分离效果好,精密度和准确度高,可以应用于水溶性肥料样品中2种化合物的定量分析。[Aims] This study aims to establish a method of ion chromatography for the determination of chlormequat and mepiquat chloride in water soluble fertilizer. [Methods] The chlormequat and mepiquat chloride were determined by ion chromatography, using cationic chromatography column and a conductivity detector with methane sulfonic acid aqueous solution as mobile phase. [Results] By applying the method, chlormequat, mepiquat chloride and interference ion separation effect is good, the linear correlation coefficient is 0.9998 and 0.9999, respectively, and the added recovery was 98.1-101.5%, RSD was 1.1-1.6%, the LOD and LOQ were 0.5 and 5 mg/L. [Conclusions] This method is easy to operate, good separation effect, high precision and accuracy, and can be applied to water soluble fertilizer samples of two kinds of compounds in quantitative analysis.
