摘 要:[目的]为明确0.136%赤·吲乙·芸苔、微量元素水溶肥料缓解甲氧咪草烟对耐咪唑啉酮类除草剂水稻津稻372产生的药害的效果。[方法]采用整株生物测定法测定0.136%赤·吲乙·芸苔、微量元素水溶肥料分别与甲氧咪草烟混用对杂草稻(Oryza sativa f. spontanea)的生物活性及津稻372的药害缓解作用,追施0.136%赤·吲乙·芸苔、微量元素水溶肥料对津稻372、普通栽培粳稻的甲氧咪草烟药害的缓解作用。测定津稻372的乙酰乳酸合酶(ALS)活性随施用甲氧咪草烟与安全剂后时间的动态变化。[结果] 45 g/hm^(2)0.136%赤·吲乙·芸苔、90 g/hm^(2)0.136%赤·吲乙·芸苔、450 g/hm^(2)微量元素水溶肥料、900 g/hm^(2)微量元素水溶肥料分别与50、100 g a.i./hm^(2)甲氧咪草烟混用均能一定程度缓解甲氧咪草烟对津稻372产生的药害。追施45 g/hm^(2)0.136%赤·吲乙·芸苔、90 g/hm^(2)0.136%赤·吲乙·芸苔、450 g/hm^(2)微量元素水溶肥料均能一定程度缓解50 g a.i./hm^(2)甲氧咪草烟对津稻372产生的药害。在靶标酶水平上,0.136%赤·吲乙·芸苔、微量元素水溶肥料能显著缓解0~128 h内甲氧咪草烟对津稻372 ALS活性的影响。[结论]通过混用或药害产生后追施0.136%赤·吲乙·芸苔、微量元素水溶肥料能部分缓解甲氧咪草烟对津稻372的药害,使受害植株恢复正常生长水平或接近正常生长水平。[Aims] This study aims to determine the effect of gibberellin·heteroauxin·brassinolide(GHB) 0.136% WP and water-soluble trace element fertilizer on alleviating the pesticide harm of imazamox on imidazolinone resistant rice JD 372. [Methods] The whole plant bioassay method was conducted to determine the biological activity on the weedy rice(Oryza sativa f. spontanea) and alleviating effect on imidazolinone resistant rice JD372 by GHB 0.136%WP and water-soluble trace element fertilizer mixed with imazamox respectively. And the relief effect of drug damage of topdressing GHB 0.136%WP and water-soluble trace element fertilizer respectively on JD372 and commonly cultivated rice were determined as well. The activity of acetolactate synthase(ALS) of JD372 was determined after the application of imazamox and safety agent. [Results] It was found that 45 g/ha GHB 0.136% WP, 90 g/ha GHB 0.136% WP, 450 g/ha water-soluble trace element fertilizer, 900 g/ha water-soluble trace element fertilizer could partially alleviate the toxicity of 50, 100 g a.i./ha imazamox to JD372 respectively. At the same time, topdressing 45 g/ha GHB 0.136% WP, 90 g/ha GHB 0.136% WP and 450 g/ha water-soluble trace element fertilizer could effectively alleviate the toxicity of 50 g a.i./ha imazamox. At the level of target enzyme, GHB 0.136%WP and water-soluble trace element fertilizer could significantly alleviate the effects of imazamox on ALS activity of JD372 in 0-128 h. [Conclusions] The toxicity of imazamox on JD372 could be partially alleviated by mixed use or application of GHB 0.136%WP and water-soluble trace element fertilizer, and the injured plants could return to normal growth level or close to normal growth level.
