摘  要:[目的]明确吡唑醚菌酯与氟硅唑混用防治花生褐斑病的田间药效、对花生的安全性以及对非靶标生物的影响。[方法]采用叶面喷雾法,进行田间小区药效试验。[结果]花生褐斑病发病初期,吡唑醚菌酯与氟硅唑混用(吡唑醚菌酯12%,氟硅唑3%)有效成分用量112.5~135 g a.i./hm^(2),连续施药2次,间隔7 d,防效可达80%以上。[结论]吡唑醚菌酯与氟硅唑混用可有效防治花生褐斑病,对花生安全,对非靶标生物中华蜜蜂、异色瓢虫和圆叶牵牛无不良影响。[Aims] This study aims to clarify the field efficacy of pyraclostrobin and flusilazole for the prevention and treatment of peanut brown spot, the safety to peanuts and the effect on non-target organisms. [Methods] The field trial was conducted. [Results] At the initial stage of peanut brown spot disease, pyraclostrobin and flusilazole were mixed(pyraclostrobin 12%, flusilazole 3%). The active ingredient dosage was 112.5-135 g a.i./ha, and the application was consecutive 2 times at intervals 7 d, the prevention effect can reach more than 80%. [Conclusions] The tested agent has a good control effect on peanut brown spot disease and is safe to peanuts. It has no adverse effects on other non-target organisms, Chinese honey bee, Harmonia axyridis and morning glory.
