摘  要:针对刮板输送机断链故障监测可靠性低、抗干扰能力差、故障定位不准确等难题,采用工业试验与仿真试验相结合的研究方法,提出一种能够实时快速解决刮板输送机断链自动检测的新型装置。该装置能够快速定位刮板输送机断链故障位置,提高了刮板输送机断链检测的效率,为刮板输送机断链检测技术提供了一种新思路。In view of the difficulties such as low reliability,poor anti-interference ability and inaccurate fault location of scraper conveyor chain fault monitoring,proposed a new type of device which can solve the automatic detection of broken chain of scraper conveyor in real time and quickly by using the research method of combining industrial experiment and simulation experiment.The device can quickly located the broken chain fault location of scraper conveyor,which improves the efficiency of broken chain detection of scraper conveyor,and provides a new idea for the broken chain detection technology of scraper conveyor.
