摘 要:潜水轴流泵的导叶轮毂和电机轮缘直接联接在一起,使导叶体的扩散角比较大,会增加导叶内的水力损失。针对潜水轴流泵水力性能优化,在满足设计要求的基础上,通过减小导叶内的水力损失,实现该潜水轴流泵水力效率的提升。以比转速ns=700的潜水轴流泵为研究对象,分别对潜水轴流泵的导叶进、出口过流断面面积比为0.6(原模型)、0.78、0.89、1.25的4个模型在5个流量工况下进行数值模拟计算,确定了模型泵的最佳导叶流道形状。对优化后的模型进行水力性能分析,在设计工况下效率提升了2.98%,导叶内部流线较为均匀,导叶出口环量、导叶段水力损失、井筒段水力损失均较小。The guide vane hub of the submersible axial flow pump is directly connected with the motor rim,so that the diffusion angle of the guide vane body is relatively large,which will increase the hydraulic loss in the guide vane.Aiming at the hydraulic performance optimization of submersible axial flow pump,on the basis of meeting the design requirements,improved the hydraulic efficiency of the submersible axial flow pump by reducing the hydraulic loss in the guide vane.Taking the submersible axial flow pump with specific speed ns=700 as the research object,the numerical simulation calculation were carried out under five flow conditions for four models with inlet and outlet overflow section area ratio of guide vane of submersible axial flow pump of 0.6(original model),0.78,0.89 and 1.25 respectively,and the optimal guide vane channel shape of the model pump was determined.The hydraulic performance of the optimized model was analyzed.Under the design condition,the efficiency is increased by 2.98%,the internal streamline of the guide vane is relatively uniform,and the circulation at the outlet of the guide vane,the hydraulic loss in the guide vane section and the hydraulic loss in the wellbore section are small.
