摘 要:提出一种基于单向流固耦合的液压支架立柱疲劳分析方法。首先采用SolidWorks和Design Modeler分别建立液压支架立柱流体和固体模型,对模型进行不同额定压力的静载荷中心加载,然后运用Fluent软件对立柱进行单向流固耦合分析和立柱疲劳分析,获得不同压力中心加载时的立柱应力、变形规律以及疲劳寿命值。仿真结果表明:随着压力的增大,立柱缸体的应力也随之增大,寿命减小,且寿命最小处位于立柱缸体的底部。研究结果可以为高效综采综放液压支架寿命提升以及可靠性优化提供理论依据。Proposed a method for fatigue analysis of hydraulic support column based on one-way fluidsolid coupling.First,SolidWorks and Design Modeler were used to establish fluid and solid models of the hydraulic support column respectively,and the models were loaded with static load centers of different rated pressures.Then,the Fluent software was used to perform one-way fluid-solid coupling analysis and fatigue analysis of the column,so as to obtain the stress and deformation law of the column and the fatigue life value under different pressures center loading.The simulation results show that with the pressure increases,the stress of the column cylinder increases and the service life decreases,and the minimum service life is located at the bottom of the column cylinder.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the life extension and reliability optimization of high-efficiency fully mechanized mining and fully mechanized caving hydraulic supports.
