摘 要:针对矿用隔爆型电控箱结构设计过程中经常遇到的问题,围绕隔爆型电控箱的机械结构、电气结构布置等重要事项,从外形尺寸、腔体、腔门、法兰面、操纵杆、观察窗、引入装置、接线端子等设计环节入手,详细阐述了设计要点及难点,旨在提高电控箱的质量,保障煤矿井下的安全生产。In view of the problems often encountered in the process of structural design of mine flameproof electric control box,focusing on the important matters such as the mechanical structure and electrical structure layout of the flameproof electric control box,starting from the design links such as overall dimension,cavity,cavity door,flange surface,control rod,observation window,lead-in device and wiring terminal,expounded the key points and difficulties of design in detail,in order to improve the quality of the electric control box and ensure the safe production of coal mine underground.
