摘 要:传动滚筒是带式输送机的重要组成部件,其主要作用为传递功率与改变输送带的运行方向。通过ANSYS Workbench软件利用增强拉格朗日法对滚筒轴组件建立数学模型并对其进行相应分析。得出滚筒轴与胀套在过盈配合的状态下的应力变化规律、接触面压力及分布情况,从而对滚筒轴与胀套结构进行优化改进,取得了较好的实际应用效果。The drive roller is an important component of the belt conveyor,and its main functions are to transmit power and change the running direction of the conveyor belt.By using ANSYS Workbench software,used the enhanced Lagrangian method to establish a mathematical model of the roller shaft assembly and analyzed it accordingly.The stress change law and the pressure and distribution of the contact surface under the interference fit state of the roller shaft and the expansion sleeve were obtained,so that the structures of the roller shaft and the expansion sleeve were optimized and improved,and a good practical application effect has been achieved.
